Edith has retired from Cake Decorating and the Business in Permanently Closed.

Wedding Cakes that look as good as they taste. Serving the Columbia and Mid Missouri area. Edith is a Certified Master Sugar Artist. Edith Hall Cakes have appeared on "Save My Bakery" (Food Network) in local, national, international magazines. She has made appearances on local TV, RADIO, FOOD NETWORK and “ULTIMATE CAKE OFF” (TLC) where she made ALL the FLOWERS for the WINNING TEAMS CAKE. I attended cake Convention this year in Chicago Illinois. While I was there I received my Certificated Master Sugar Artist. I am the only one in Missouri and am one of 13 in all of ICES (International Cake Exploration Society). The test took place over an 8 hour time and I had to complete 8 different skills properly to receive my certification. (Cake Sculpturing, air brushing, Hand molded Chocolate Paste Flower, Brushembroidery, Fabric draping, Extension work, Crewel embroidery, Gum Paste Flowers)
