Edith Hall Cakes have appeared on "Save My Bakery" (Food Network) in local, national, international magazines. She has made appearances on local TV, RADIO, FOOD NETWORK and “ULTIMATE CAKE OFF” (TLC) where she made ALL the FLOWERS for the WINNING TEAMS CAKE. Coffee Cup Cake


I participated in the kick off a new bakery, "The Grinder" located in Centralia. When I was there they were just starting to build the walls. I believe they are hoping to open sometime this summer. They will have breads, cookies, and Coffee.
