She has made appearances on local TV, RADIO, FOOD NETWORK and “ULTIMATE CAKE OFF” (TLC) where she made ALL the FLOWERS for the WINNING TEAMS CAKE.  I just wanted to drop you a note to say how wonderfully pleased we all were with your cake!!!  It was not only beautiful, but that is absolutely the BEST cake I’ve ever had.  Seriously.  I appreciate you being where you said you would be when you said you would be there!  I can see why you have been in business all these years!  I will definitely be calling you when the other two get married . . .
