Cake of Dockery-Folk Hall and Hadley-Major Hall

at the University Hospital in Columbia

Each cake was 30" long 10" wide and 10" tall

total over all size was 32" by 48".

Confetti shot out of the top of the cake. The actully buildings were to be torn down that day, to make room for a new hospital wing.

I attended cake Convention this year in Chicago Illinois. While I was there I received my Certificated Master Sugar Artist. I am the only one in Missouri and am one of 13 in all of ICES (International Cake Exploration Society). The test took place over an 8 hour time and I had to complete 8 different skills properly to receive my certification. (Cake Sculpturing, air brushing, Hand molded Chocolate Paste Flower, Brushembroidery, Fabric draping, Extension work, Crewel embroidery, Gum Paste Flowers)
